They are on-line, the photos of this years Hawidere concert to celebrate Jim's birthday. It was a great evening, we hope to repeat that on March 1st 2005, where we will commemorate the infamous Miami incident, which took place on March 1st 1969, with a multi-media performance starting at 7 pm.

We added a new date for March 19th 2005: KIKAS, a well known concert location in a former cinema in Upper Austria, where we will play for the very first time.
 

It's Jim's 61st birthday today, which is why played to a packed Hawidere club at Vienna last night. For Touch Me our previous bass player Hermann Draxler joined us on stage. He's still got it. Pics are coming soon.

 

Yesterday's concert at the Kulturkeller club in Leoben was a special event for both audience and band, since the club ist totally new and has an exclusive atmosphere. The place was packed. We are sorry for those who could't get in anymore. We hope to present you pictures soon.

Tomorrow evening we're going to celebrate Jim Morrison's 61st birthday at the Hawidere club in Vienna with you.

On December 30th we'll play Eastern Tyrol's most important rock club again, the Creativ Center in Lienz (see tourdates).

Our concert for Jim's birthday this december at Vienna's Hawidere is so well-booked even now one month befor it takes place, that we decided to celebrate the next important date there as well. In addition to celebrating 40 years of the Doors in all of 2005, we want to celebrate the 36th anniversary of the Miami Incident (http://www.doors.com/miami/one.htm) on March 1st at the Hawidere club with a very special evening including videos etc.

We played a highly successful concert in Regau / Upper Austria last Satursay
night. Thanks to our special guests, the very recommendable band Phoenics. Pics are to come soon.

Another 2005 concert date for January 28th has been added.
We will play the "Leuchtturm" (German for lighthouse) club in Kirchschlag
once again, where we already had been playing twice in 2001.

Today's concert in Faak/Carinthia has been cancelled by the promoter.

We were already on the way to Carinthia when Klaus called to ask him how we could enter the festival site of the European Biker Week. Bugsy told us he wanted to cancel the concert. We are very angry about that, being told in the very last minute. And we are very sorry for those of you who went to Carinthia to see us. We are ready to set legal measures against the promoter.

On New Year's Eve we will play Switzerland again. Our friends of "The Doors Celebration" team booked us for a very special event in Zurich, during which you can "ride" into the year 2005 with us.

We play Apetlon in Burgenland this weekend for the very first time. The club called "Back to the Roots" booked us and we are looking forward to the concert.

A load of pics of our concert at Vienna's Camera Club are on-line. We all had a very good time and like to thank the many fans who came despite the concert taking place so late in the evening in the middle of the week.

The concert in Nagold/Germany has been cancelled. The promotor was unable to organise the concert. We regret that.

Jim Morrison died 33 years ago. To commemorate his death we will play a special concert at Vienna's famous Camera Club on July 7th at 22:30, like we did last year. If you want to hear a special song from our repertoire for sure on this very special occasion please send us an e-mail.

Luzern and the capital city of Bern were the first two Swiss dates of our 2004 European Tour. Pino Quaresima and DJ Old Bergi, both of www.thedoorscelebration.ch made these concerts unforgettable for both the band and the countless fans attending, singing and dancing along right from the very beginning of the concerts. Two new concert dates in Vienna's Hawidere club have been added: October 15th an December 7th. The latter will be an extended party to celebrate Jim's birthday. And it's gonna become a long Doors night, because the day after is a holiday!

Pics of our second Heidelberg concert are online. Some of the most famous German Doors fans were there: Jürgen Bamberg AKA www.jimlizardking.de saw us for the very first time. Peter Linde, manager of Doors tribute band Love Street and Gernot Freudenberger (www.happymountain.de) came to see us for the second time. And our true "LizardQueen" Anne Ruf was also there. They all were impressed by our performance and said so in their guestbook entries and also on their own homepages.

Even Austrian fans took the long journey to Heidelberg to see us there. Thanks for doing so!

The concert itself was even more successful than last year. A full house, a crowded dancefloor right from the very start of the highly extended concert.

This weekend our tour continues with our very first two concerts in Switzerland, namely in Luzern and the Swiss capital Bern. We are looking forward to the shows. Please remember to buy the tickets on time!

To us onstage, our second concert at Zagreb’s Rock Club Pauk looked and felt the same as last year: party time, the crowd singing along with each and every song, freaky dancing and a very young audience! Great!

René surprised the fans as well as us bandmates with his brand new original Gibson SG, the very guitar Robby Krieger played in the sixties.

The whole experience was documented extensively by Hans B. & Lady Jane. Outtakes of the video footage will be aired soon, pics are already on-line.

The Zagreb promoters are very interested in having us play there in 2005 again. We are looking forward to doing so.

Just in time before our second concert at Zagreb's Rock Club Pauk, we put another video-clip from last year's concert online. As an appetizer for all of you, but espacially for our Croatian fans, we bring you When The Music's Over.

Plus we also added some stuff to Other Links. We can confirm another concert date for July - at the legendary Roots Club in Apetlon, Burgenland - the eastmost region of Austria.

Our bass player Hermann – a nurse-in-training – gave us an opportunity to play a gig in the Nurse’s training school of Lainz / Vienna last Friday. It was a great pleasure for Hermann and the whole band to play for Hermann’s collegues and to celebrate the school's 80th anniversary all together. Have a look at the concert pics here and you can picture that Vienna’s future nurses are never too sick for a good party…

New concert dates were added: Nagold near Stuttgart in July and an open-air gig at the ancient ruin of castle Altwartenburg (Upper Austria) in August.

This Saturday we play the Rock Club Pauk in the university of Zagreb for the second time. We just received brandnew press reviews from Bosnia and Croatia about the concert. We are looking forward to meeting you there!

Last weekend it was partytime at our concert in Markt Piesting. A full house and loads of action in front of the (and on) stage. That's the way we all like it! Pics to prove it were taken by Helmut Riedl and our very own Hans B.

In May Austrian fans won't see too much of us, as we have Zagreb, Heidelberg, Luzern and Bern on our agenda (see tour plan). Anyway, if you plan too come to these concerts, get your tickets as soon as possible!

Thanks for coming to our Vienna concert last Saturday and for making us all have such a marvellous time. On this occasion we'd like to thank Robert Tichy for taking these beautiful pictures.

We played "Ghost Song" live for the very first time, plus we also did "My Eyes Have Seen You" for the first time in Vienna.

By the way: if you want to hear a certain song at one of our concerts for sure please let us know which one. On Monday evening Jason „Jim“ Boiler was the special guest on the 2 hour radio show „Zappa’s Time“ on Austrian station Hit FM. He presented our new demo CD there. Two copies of them were given away during the show. Many more fans calling the station asked for the CD and for our newsletter.

For the 7th of July we were booked again by Vienna's Camera Club to celebrate Jim's birthday there!

Our tour start 2004 has been more than successful. We played full houses in Lienz and Bruneck, we finally cracked the Eastern Tyrol and the north of Italy. We are especially thankful for the warm reception and the extraordinary team in Bruneck's UFO

Some more concerts have been fixed for this year. Our first appearance at the legendary Harley meeting in Carinthia on September 3^rd and our debut in Tulln’s “Arts Workshop”

We proudly can confirm now the date of our 2^nd  concert in Zagreb/Croatia. It is fixed for May 15^th 2004 (see Tour Dates). As our first gig in Zagreb’s rock club PAUK was a great success last year, we are happy to please our Croatian fans with an encore this year.

Another concert location in Austria has been added on our tour programme: in June we will play the legendary KIK in Ried (Upper Austrian culture club) for the first time.
